Introduction to Oceanpoint Protocol
Welcome to the Oceanpoint developer documentation. These pages cover the contracts behind the Oceanpoint pools and how to interact with them.
Oceanpoint is the liquidity engine for tokenized real estate. It is a Luxembourg company (registered as Blocksquare S.à r.l., being renamed Oceanpoint S.à r.l.) built by the core team of Blocksquare, on tokenization infrastructure licensed from Blocksquare d.o.o. Its contracts run on Ethereum mainnet, and the dApp is at https://app.oceanpoint.fi.
The contract source repositories are not public. Deployed contracts can be inspected on Etherscan at the addresses below.
The pool contracts were audited by Hacken. The POINT liquidity engine contracts are built and audited by Hacken.

Key Components and Features
Pools
The governance pool (stake BST, receive sBST), marketplace pools, asset pools (stake BSPTs) and the BST:ETH LP staking pool. All rewards are paid in BST.
LP Tokens
Uniswap V2 BST:ETH LP tokens, staked in the liquidity pool for BST rewards.
Blocksquare Property Tokens (BSPTs)
Standard ERC-20 tokens representing fractional ownership in real estate assets, each uniquely associated with a specific property.
POINT (planned)
POINT is planned and not yet issued. It will be a free-floating ERC-20 on Ethereum, priced by the market. It is not a stablecoin and has no link to any property. See POINT and the liquidity engine.

Planned contracts
Not deployed on mainnet yet:
- OceanpointToken: the POINT ERC-20 token.
- OceanpointProtocol: core treasury and liquidity contract, UUPS upgradeable.
- OceanpointRouter: compares routes across the POINT treasury, aggregators and AMM pools and picks the best execution path.
- OceanpointAccessManager: role-based access control.
- UniswapV4Staking: staking of Uniswap V4 LP positions, with a minimum 2-day lock, a time-based boost, early-withdrawal slashing of up to 30%, and Merkle-tree reward claims.
