Asset pool - Community
Rewards
The community pool earns a share of BST emissions, divided among stakers by pool share. The allocation is set through governance and changes over time; see the live figures at /stats.
The community pool lets investors who buy tokenized real estate earn BST through staking.
You don't need to stake BSPTs to earn rental income: holding them makes you eligible for the property's rental income distributions. When you stake, that rental income is redirected to the DAO treasury for the staking period, and in exchange you earn BST rewards in proportion to your pool share. The rental income that flows through the community pool funds BST buybacks, which are burned.

The more property tokens you stake, the larger your share of the community pool, and the more BST you can earn. The property's valuation also affects the size of your stake.
By staking BSPT, you commit to a 30-day lock-up period, during which the tokens and earned rewards can't be withdrawn.
