BST rewards distribution
The BST a Regional Hub wins in the quarterly competition is divided among its members by points, and Blocksquare pays each member directly.
Allocation of points to the Regional Hub members
Each Regional Hub has 100 points per quarter, representing 100% of the BST the hub won. The Regional Chair distributes these points among the hub's members.
The chair allocates the points based on each member's work, effort and contributions during the quarter.
Percentage-based token distribution
The points a member receives from the chair are their percentage share of the BST the hub earned in that quarter's competition.
These percentages determine how many tokens each member receives from the hub's share of the pool.
Collaborative decision-making
The Regional Chair and the hub's ambassadors can decide the allocation together. This gives everyone a say and keeps the split fair, based on the hub's shared view of each member's contribution.
Reporting in the quarterly report
The chair records each ambassador's final points in the Quarterly Activities Report, which shows what percentage of the hub's BST each member has earned.
Token distribution by Blocksquare
Based on the points in the Quarterly Activities Report, Blocksquare pays the BST directly to each participating ambassador's wallet, the one registered on their marketplace account.
No single person in the hub has to handle or forward tokens, and each member receives their share directly.
This keeps the split inside each hub collaborative and transparent, and each member's reward reflects both their own effort and the hub's performance in the competition.
