Quarterly Activities Report
At the end of each quarter, every Regional Hub submits a Quarterly Activities Report. The Regional Chair prepares it. It covers the activities of the hub's ambassadors under their referral agreements and the events the hub organized during the quarter.
The report gives the Blocksquare program team an overview of the hub's performance and contributions to the network.
The program team uses the report to score the hub and to work out how much BST each member receives from the quarterly prize pool.
The report needs the following information.
Ambassador details
- The ambassador's full name
- Contact email (the same email they used to register as an ambassador, linked to their wallet)
- The number of points the chair has allocated to the ambassador for the quarter (see BST rewards distribution)
Ambassador activities
Summarize the activities of all the hub's ambassadors that count toward the scoring system:
- Number of new marketplace operators brought to the platform
- Number of real estate properties tokenized on the platform
- Total $ value of properties tokenized on the platform
- Number of referred users who passed KYC
Event details
List all events the hub organized during the quarter, with the following for each:
- Event name
- Date(s)
- Duration
- Number of registrations
- Number of check-ins
- Summary of the event (optional)

Regional Chairs are welcome to add any other information that shows their hub's performance.
Submission deadline
The Regional Chair must submit the Quarterly Activities Report no later than the third week at the end of every calendar quarter. Please make sure all required information is filled in accurately in the template.
Importance of honest reporting
Accurate reporting is essential for fair competition and for the integrity of the network. Deliberately misrepresenting or falsifying numbers can lead to serious consequences, including disqualification and exclusion from the program.
Review and result declaration timeline
After the reports are submitted, the Blocksquare program team reviews them and scores each Regional Hub. Results are declared within one month of receiving the reports.
Reviewing and scoring the reports takes careful evaluation of the activities and events each hub reports. The program team aims to announce results as soon as possible while keeping the evaluation thorough and fair.
