Network structure

The ambassador network has two roles:

  1. Regional Ambassadors
  2. Regional Chairs

The network grows region by region, through teams called Regional Hubs.

1. Regional Ambassadors

Regional Ambassadors represent the program in their region. They work with their Regional Chair and the rest of their hub to host events, onboard new users, refer property owners and grow the local community.

2. Regional Chairs

Each hub has a Regional Chair, chosen by the hub's members. The chair coordinates the hub's activities, submits the quarterly activities report and allocates the hub's quarterly points among its members. See Selection process for how the chair is chosen.

Regional Hubs

A Regional Hub represents the network in a geographical region. A full hub has five members: four ambassadors plus a Regional Chair. One chair can lead up to eight ambassadors. When a hub grows beyond that, it can appoint more Regional Chairs, each responsible for a group of four to eight ambassadors, and the chairs coordinate with each other.

Ambassadors who can't yet gather five members can start an early hub with one to four members and grow it later. See Regional Hub registration.

This structure lets the network scale region by region, with clear leadership and support in each hub.

Hubs aim to connect people regionally, but this is not a hard limit. Members of a hub can come from anywhere in the world, as long as they want to work together on a common goal: growing a strong community through online and offline activities.
